As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and heart of MOSAIC HOUSE. We are looking for someone who likes to work with people and goes the extra mile for our guests, anticipating their needs and wishes even before they speak them aloud. Your smile, proactivity and keen attention to detail will ensure every visitor feels cared for and welcome.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and with a personal touch
- Anticipate guests’ needs and offer thoughtful recommendations or solutions
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with other hotel departments
- Maintain the reception area’s inviting and tidy

What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest service
- Strong communication skills with good English
- Ability to think ahead and act with empathy and initiative
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Flexible, reliable, and a team player
- Positive attitude
